Refund policy

Once an order has been placed, there are absolutely NO refunds.

The hair must be returned in its original condition. Any hair returned that has been manipulated with will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Returned items must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and include all tags and packaging.

Any hair that has been brushed, combed, colored, picked, cut, or washed will not be accepted.
